Chihuahua Rescue and Referral (CRandR) was a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes in WASHINGTON STATE. We were also committed to educating the public about the importance of ethical and responsible pet ownership. From 2005 - 2017
All of our dogs were cared for in foster homes and spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and any other veterinary necessities taken care of, before being placed in a new home.
But, we couldn’t have done that, without your support!
Although many of us worked together in rescue for years, we formally came together in July 2005 as Chihuahua Rescue and Referral. Since that time, we have rescued over 700 dogs and gained Washington State non-profit and Federal IRS 501(c)(3) status.
